    1. How does a subscription work?
      Answer: It’s simple. You sign up by selecting your chosen flavor(s) and quantity you want delivered every month. You save money and time with our subscription program with automatic payments and shipments.

    2. Is there a fee to join as a subscriber?
      Answer: There is no membership fee. You just pay for your bars and shipping.

    3. What is your subscription cancellation policy?
      Answer: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at the top of the ‘HOME’ page, clicking “Manage Subscription”, then clicking the “Manage” button on the right side of the ‘Your Subscriptions’ page, and then selecting “Delete Order”.

    4.  Where are my subscription membership settings?
      Answer: You can log into your account at the top of the ‘HOME’ page and manage your account by clicking “Manage Subscriptions.” You’ll be able to edit your address, change your subscription, view past orders, and access other membership information on this page.

    5. What if I want to make changes to my subscription?
      Answer: Switching is easy. To change the quantity of your subscription, log in to your account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on the “Manage” button on the right side of the ‘Your Subscriptions’ page, click “Product (Qty)”, and then select your desired amount.  

    6. What if I want to add a new flavor to my subscription?
      Answer: To add a flavor to your subscription, just add a subscription to your cart and checkout like normal. Then you’ll be able to manage your subscriptions from your account.

    7. Can I pay for a year in advance?
      Answer: Sorry, we do not offer pay in advance at this time. We will charge your account each time a package is delivered to your shipping address.

    8. Do you accept PayPal?
      Answer: Sorry, we do not accept PayPal at this time, only major credit cards.

    9.  Can I pay by check or over the phone?
      Answer: Sorry, we only accept major credit cards through our website at this time.  Purchasing online is easy and our delicious I AM bars are just a few clicks away.

    10. Do you ship outside of the US?
      Answer: Sorry, we currently only ship to the Continental USA and exclude all places FedEx Ground cannot ship to, including PO and APO boxes. See our “Shipping Information” page at the bottom of the ‘HOME’ page for more information.
